But in the unlikely event that our clips do break, we offer an anti-breakage guarantee. We stand behind the quality of our clips and are confident that it will be a reliable and long-lasting addition to your accessory collection.

Your clip is broken? We will replace your broken clip within the first 30 days after purchase. Please note that reduced articles are excluded from the garantee. Please  also note that there is no warranty claim on a replacement already received. Only products purchased from our online store are eligible for warranty.

The clips you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs since we are a young company. Once we receive your package, we will sent you a new clip completely free of charge.

Broken clips returned to us do not simply end up in the trash. Broken clips that are returned to us will be recycled. This way we avoid additional waste and protect the environment.
