Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return the products unopened and unused to us for a refund.
To initiate a return,
1. Click on the profile icon in the navigation or click on the following link.
2. Log into your account by entering your email address and entering the confirmation code from our store's email.
3. Click on the order you want to return, select the items you want to return and specify a reason for return.
4. After clicking "Return Request", if approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
5. Please download the return form here and enclose it with the return shipment.
6. Return the package to us using the shipping carrier listed on the return label.
7. A refund will be issued if the product is returned successfully.
Please note that reduced items are not eligible for return.
As we are a young company, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to pay the full return shipping fee of €5.99.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method upon successful return.
For a full refund, all products must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please return the products to us in the original box or in a package with adequate protection against damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products.

Since we review each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.
Duties
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Undeliverable packages
If the package is undeliverable or refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery Inspection
We ask you to carefully inspect the package before signing for it and notify the local DHL office and our customer service if the package appears to be tampered with or not intact.
Defects & Missing Items
If, despite our high quality control and standards, an item is missing or a minor defect occurs, please contact us at hello@lindace.com within 48 hours. Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
