We ship our packages with DHL Green.
How much does shipping cost?

Where do you ship?
You can order our products within the whole EU, Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland.
Orders & Returns
How can I cancel my order?
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the withdraw form and inform us by sending an email to hello@lindace.com
What can I if an item is defective or missing?
In this case, please contact our customer service immediately: hello@lindace.com
How can I make a return?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return the products unopened and unused to us for a refund.
To make a return,
1. Click on the profile icon in the navigation or click on the following link.
2. Log into your account by entering your email address and entering the confirmation code from our store's email.
3. Click on the order you want to return, select the items you want to return and specify a reason for return.
4. After clicking "Return Request", if approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
5. Please download the return form here and enclose it with the return shipment.
6. Return the package to us using the shipping carrier listed on the return label.
7. A refund will be issued if the product is returned successfully.
Please note that reduced items are not eligible for return.
As we are a young company, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to pay the full return shipping fee of €5.99.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method upon successful return.
What is the 30 days Anti-Breakage-Guarantee?
Your clip is broken? We will replace your broken clip within the first 30 days after purchase. You can find all the necessary information here.

Discount Codes
How can I redeem discount codes?
Discounts codes can be entered in the last step of the order process at the checkout. The amount will be automatically reduced by the discount value after your entry.
Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be stacked.
Product Information
What materials and fabric do you use?
Our clips are made of acetate, a natural product. It is obtained from cellulose, an organic fiber. The starting material for the extraction of acetate is cotton. Unlike for processing into textiles, cotton goes through a complex process on its way to becoming acetate. For the clip production, the cotton is dried, ground into cellulose powder, then mixed with acetic acid, dyed, patterned and, at the end of the process, processed into solid sheet material. The clip frame is then cut and milled from these acetate plates.
How should I care for my products?
To prevent metals from discolouring and rusting, keep items away from water and fragrance. Please also keep all products out of direct sunlight/heat as this may cause material deformation.
We cannot be responsible for products damaged as a result of the above.
